The project is part of a brownfield masterplan that outlined the buildable area, the height ratio and imposed the residential program for this plot of land situated in the northern part of the city. Beside apartment blocks, the larger scheme includes office and retail, converting a disused tram factory. The central design element is the courtyard, which opens towards South and organizes the pedestrian circulation and accesses.
