Boutique Apartmens – Bucharest

This is an infill intervention on a plot of land situated in a small residential enclave, close to the new business district of the Northern part of Bucharest. The neighborhood is a reminiscent of a larger zone that used to have mainly residential function prior to the turbo-speculative real estate development that characterized this part of the city in the last decade(s).

The project has been granted planning permission in principle by the Town Hall, but nowadays is suspended due to legal / administrative issues.
