48 apartments, 4735 sqm gross area, 1885 sqm land

This building develops on a long and narrow plot. The proposed scheme offers affordable yet comfortable apartments facing East / West. All the parking spots are sheltered in the Ground Floor, thus saving significant costs by avoiding the construction of a basement.
